Jim Cramer: Don't Trade on Tax Reform News

Amid details emerging about the government's plans for tax reforms, TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer doesn't advise trading off of these developments. 

The reforms have a long way before they become laws, Cramer noted. 

Cramer said domestic companies would benefit from tax reform.
