A sweeter deal from Bayer doesn't mean a merger for Monsanto is near, says Jim Cramer.
Bayer may be sweetening it's offer for Monsanto (MON) , but Jim Cramer is skeptical that a deal will actually get done. Cramer thinks there's too much consolidation in the seed industry and that farmers will fight it. Reports say Bayer has upped its offer for Monsanto to $127.50 a share.
