Dave & Buster's (PLAY - Get Report) isn't.

The company reported earnings after the bell Tuesday.

Dave & Buster's missed on revenue growth and earnings, disappointing the Street.

Jim Cramer said that he's not sold on Dave & Buster's at this level.

Here's why:

"I felt like Dave and Buster's didn't have scale, there was a question on the conference call about malls and it's mall-based stores and the small stores and how are they doing? And they weren't doing well. So if you're in the mall, which is almost every company that's disappointed, right--Gap (GPS - Get Report) stores--and you don't have the scale to be able to handle the tariffs. So you talked about the tariffs in a negative way is that if there's going to be a bump up then you kind of get what Dave and Buster's did. I would not buy it down here," explained Cramer.
