Jim Cramer: Coke's African Move Too Small

Coca-Cola (KO) - Get Report has agreed to buy Anheuser-Busch InBev's (BUD) - Get Report majority stake in Africa's largest Coke bottler. TheStreet's Jim Cramer says that move simply doesn't move the needle.
