Centene (CNC) is in all the big Medicare markets, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer, who interviewed CEO Michael Niedorff on Friday's edition of CNBC's "Mad Money."

"Centene has taken a major leap to be a national player," Cramer said. 

Centene shares are up almost 23% since the start of the year.
