Visa (V) - Get Report reports quarterly earnings Monday after the bell and investors should use any weakness to buy more shares, says TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Shares of Visa fell earlier this week on news that the financial services company CEO Charlie Scharf is retiring Dec. 1. He will be succeeded by Alfred Kelly, a Visa board member. Scharf said he would resign because he could "no longer spend the time in San Francisco necessary to do the job effectively." Kelly will join the company as CEO designate by the end of this month.
