The Goldman Sachs downgrade of Micron Technology MU sent semiconductor stocks lower Wednesday.

"It looks like DRAM pricing has finally peaked and going down - it's a supply issue," said TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer, adding that due to the prominence of ETFs, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD - Get Report) and Nvidia (NVDA - Get Report) are being pressured, even though they have nothing do with the issue.
