The Goldman Sachs downgrade of Micron Technology MU sent semiconductor stocks lower Wednesday.

"It looks like DRAM pricing has finally peaked and going down - it's a supply issue," said TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer, adding that due to the prominence of ETFs, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Nvidia (NVDA) are being pressured, even though they have nothing do with the issue.
