Jim Cramer: Bayer-Monsanto Deal Could Be Blocked

The potential combination of Bayer (BAYRY) - Get Report and Monsanto (MON) could be blocked, said TheStreet's Jim Cramer. He said the overlap in the two companies' seed businesses could spur the already very zealous anti-trust regulators to stop a potential deal.
