TheStreet's director of research Stephanie Link tells Jim Cramer she sees some encouraging things in an otherwise 'sloppy' quarterly report from Morgan Stanley Tuesday. In particular, Link says she likes their global wealth management and asset management divisions which were overshadowed by higher legal costs and the sharp drop in fixed income and commodities trading.
