Jim Cramer and Stephanie Link Explain What They Like About UPS

Stephanie Link says UPS is a clear beneficiary of lower oil but it's also done some good things internally that should lead to positive operating leverage in 2015. Cramer agrees and says that while everyone is enamored of Fedex, UPS took some very hard choices so that it wouldn't be overwhelmed in the shipping crush at Christmas time. They spent a fortune doing so but there's a lot of upside from here on out, Cramer says. He adds that UPS is just not as bad as the stock indicates and Fedex is not as good as the stock indicates. Link notes that UPS has lagged Fedex in a big way but Fedex has been more inconsistent than UPS.
