Jim Cramer: Allergan Needs to Make Some Big Announcements or Shares Will Stall

Jim Cramer said Allergan's (AGN) - Get Report CEO needs to make two big announcements when the drugmaker reports quarterly results on Wednesday. 

Cramer said of Allergan, "They must announce an even bigger buyback, and he has to announce a blockbuster. He has to announce that one of the companies he bought is about to have a billion-dollar franchise."
