Jeep rolled out the all-new Gladiator pickup truck at the 2019 New York Auto Show. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator is a pickup truck version of the famous-since-1941 Jeep Wrangler. It just entered production in April 2019 and will be in U.S. showrooms in most of the U.S. in May or June of this year.

Jeep, owned by automaker Fiat Chrysler (FCAU) - Get Stellantis N.V. Report , is basically picking up the baton where General Motors (GM) - Get General Motors Company Report left off when it killed the Hummer a decade ago.  It's for those who want the most iconic vehicle image in the market today, but now available in pickup truck form.

It can tow up to 7,650 pounds and haul up to 1,600 pounds in its bed and was recently named to Wards 2019 10 Best Interiors list.

Experts say the Jeep Gladiator, which is made in Toledo, Ohio, is likely to be the most iconic and successful new automotive product launch of 2019.
