Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen is back on Capitol Hill Wednesday, testifying before the House Financial Services Committee. Yellen is set to reiterate her testimony given to Senators on Tuesday that it would be "unwise" for the Fed to wait too long to raise interest rates. Steve Blitz, an economist and Real Money Contributor, interpreted that statement as a sign that a March rate hike is on the table. Yellen's testimony starts at 10 a.m. EST. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
