If you are a long-term investor, it's not too late to move into the markets, according to David Bach, co-founder of AE Wealth Management. "Ten, 20 or 30 years from now, this market is going to be 30,000, 40,000, 50,000," he said. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 6.7% since Nov. 9, the day after the presidential election. The blue-chip index has been flirting with the symbolic level of 20,000 for weeks.
