Earlier this week, Jeff Marks--senior portfolio analyst with Jim Cramer's Action Alerts PLUS and this week's cohost of TheStreet Live since Cramer's been off-- noted that he doesn't think that the rotation into cyclicals is over.
So does Kenny Polcari, managing partner at Kace Capital Advisors, agree with Marks?
"No, I don't think it's over either," he said.
"I think rates are still going up and I think rates will be at 2% by the end of the year, which is not the end of the world because it's nine months out. So, if it takes us nine months to get to 2% then that's okay because the market will adjust," Polcari said.
