"People are still longer term believers that technology is going to be the sector that leads us out of the funk we're in right now, which may last 6-8 weeks," said JJ Kinahan, chief market strategist at TD Ametirade.
Meanwhile, TD's IMX investor sentiment index fell to a 2-year low in March, amid the recent bout of stock market volatility.
