President-elect Donald Trump's son-in-law will take on the role of senior adviser in the administration. Kushner is married to the billionaire's daughter Ivanka Trump.

Kushner comes from a wealthy real estate family of his own. His parents, Charles and Seryl, have a fortune estimated at $1.8 billion. Kushner is a real estate mogul himself. His first big real estate deal was the acquisition of 666 Fifth Avenue, smack in the middle of Midtown Manhattan, for a then record-breaking $1.8 billion in 2007.
