In President Donald Trump's speech, investors are hungry for details on tax reform. 

Investors will be watching to see if Trump mentions the border adjustment tax, which would tax imports, an idea proposed in a tax plan by House Republicans. 

While the tax would help exporters like Boeing (BA) - Get Report , retailers like Target (TGT) - Get Report are concerned. "Millions and millions of consumers would see significantly higher prices if the bill is put through as it's currently structured," said Target CEO Brian Cornell.
