IBM (IBM) - Get Report CEO Ginni Rometty's plan to hire 25,000 people in the U.S. should not be an anomaly because there is no better time to be starting a career in technology, says Bill Briggs, Deloitte Consulting's Chief Technology Officer. Briggs says his firm is aggressively hiring young technologists who are able to deal with current complexities, yet also have visions for the future.
