KITCO NEWS - Despite the potential for a 'bumpy ride' for gold over the short term, Randgold CEO Mark Bristow says the metal will turn the corner. 'I don't think, in my 20 years, I've ever seen the stars so aligned for a better gold price,' he told Kitco News at the annual BMO Metals & Mining conference in Florida. However, the longtime miner had some harsh words for the industry players. 'I think the mining industry is a lot healthier today than it was this time last year but I get the feeling that everyone's forgotten about the promises of being disciplined.'
