TheStreet's Michelle Lodge visited Evetta Petty, the owner of Harlem's Heaven in New York City to talk Kentucky Derby fashion.
Petty showed off some of her most stylish creations and said, "you can't go to a race like that dressed casually."
She is about to mark 28 years as a milliner and her professionally made hats can start under $100 and go up to the thousands of dollars.
