The coronavirus is not weighing on the markets in the way that it was Monday, when the Dow closed down over 440 points.

However, the virus is still spreading according to Chinese health authorities.

The death toll of the virus is 132, and the amount of confirmed cases has risen to over 6,000.

Cramer explained the way that he and the Action Alerts PLUS team are approaching investing.

"Why we did some selling because the day before we did some buying. See when it was down big, we bought, but then it was up really big. We trimmed so that we ended up with not putting new money to work. It's called investing," said Cramer.

He explained his thoughts further, so watch the video above for more.
