Stocks are hovering around the flatline on the last day of June trading day. U.S. Markets got a modest lift higher after The National Association of Realtors issued a report showing that existing-home sales climbed 6.1 percent in May. The better-than-expected housing report is giving homebuilders like D-R Horton (DHI), Lennar (LEN), KB Home (KBH), Pulte Group (PHM) a lift. MannKind (MNDK) continued to rally on Monday after the F-D-A approved the company's inhalable diabetes treatment. Shares for MannKind jumped 13 percent on the news.
