Retailer H&M is celebrating the open of its new store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, its largest in the world. H&M U.S. president Daniel Kulle tells TheStreet's Brittany Umar how the store's opening plays into the company's bullish view on the American consumer. He reveals that the company is planning to add a couple hundred additional stores to its existing 320 locations in America and is also benefiting from its recent foray into online retail. Kulle explains that U.S. consumers are buying again after the long, harsh winter and though they remain cautious, he says the brands that offer considerable value are the ones that are winning them over. TheStreet's Brittany Umar reports from New York.
