STORE Capital is now trading on the New York Stock Exchange (ICE) under the ticker symbol 'STOR.' The retail REIT is backed by Oaktree Capital (OAK), which helped launch the company in 2011. STORE is an acronym for Single Tenant Operational Real Estate. Christopher Volk is the company's CEO and President and said he sees a lot of growth potential in America's middle-market. STORE's $2.5 billion portfolio of middle-market customers includes companies like Applebee's, Ashley Furniture HomeStore and Starplex Cinemas. Volk says he doesn't see 'huge growth but is seeing steady performance' when it comes to businesses that cater to middle-class Americans.
