As deflation is occurring in commodities like coffee, cocoa, sugar and cotton, RealMoney Pro contributor Chris Versace explains what the impact is on companies who input these items. While coffee prices that have declined over the last few months, Versace says Starbucks especially stands to benefit as it is also seeing a boost from declines in the prices of sugar, corn and other commodities. When it comes to drops in the prices of cocoa and sugar, Versace says the best place to look is at companies at the intersection of the two, like Mondelez and Hershey. Plus, with cotton prices that have fallen as well, Versace details apparel companies that stand to benefit more than others.
