Wall Streeters tend to go for flash when it comes to ordering whiskey even when its not worth the cash, said Heather Greene, author of 'Whisk(e)y Distilled.' Greene said well-heeled Wall Street traders and investment bankers too often associate a high price with high quality. She said whiskey is a personal taste, very much like wine and the drinker needs to recognize the type of texture, finish and aroma they like best. Greene said Scotland may be famous for its whisky, however America makes its fair share of tasty product as well. Finally, Greene said Japanese whiskeys are highly underrated and unfortunately are often ignored by the Wall Street elite.
