The stock market is in 'goldilocks' mode, according to one expert. 'I think we're in a goldilocks situation for markets - the economy seems to be recovering in the U.S. in third quarter after a lackluster second quarter,' said Jasper Lawler, a market analyst with CMC Markets, based in London, adding that this recovery, along with the upcoming presidential election and the recent rate cut by the Bank of England, is likely to delay a Fed's rate hike, a boon for stocks.
