Scott Harrison, CEO of charity: water said small donations, even as low as $10 or $30 a month, can go a long way.

He said his charity has funded the construction of water wells in developing countries for as little as $10,000.

charity: water has funded over 21,000 water projects in some two dozen countries. The average donation is roughly $32.
