Billionaire New York City real estate developer Larry Silverstein has transformed lower Manhattan after the tragic September 11th attacks. Aside from rebuilding Ground Zero into a thriving destination, his latest feat is the completion of a new 82-story Four Seasons Hotel, with 175 rooms and 153 condominiums, located steps from the World Trade Center. Silverstein leased the original World Trade Center towers just weeks before 9/11. After the attacks, Silverstein worked with countless governors and politicians over the past 15 years to revitalize the neighborhood. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from the Four Seasons in Lower Manhattan.
