The 10-Year German bund yield turned negative on Tuesday for the first time ever during a week when the Federal Reserve, Bank of Japan and Bank of England hold key policy meetings. 'This has been a long running trend,' said Jasper Lawler, a market analyst with CMC Markets in London. '[Central banks] are really going to continue accommodative policy mode.' Yields on Japanese government bonds are already in negative territory, while the U.S. 10-Year Treasury dipped below 1.6 percent on Tuesday. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
