Here Is What to Expect From the European Central Bank's December Meeting

The European Central Bank holds a key policy meeting on Thursday. Craig Erlam, a senior market analyst at Oanda, based in London said the ECB should extend its monthly pace of asset purchases by six months. Currently, the program ends in March 2017, but Erlam said the stimulus should be extended to September 2017. Erlam said investors will also be looking for commentary on how the central bank is reacting to the referendum results in Italy. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
