Here's what to expect from Apple's quarterly earnings on Tuesday.
Apple (AAPL) - Get Report is set to release quarterly results after the markets close on Tuesday. Analysts expect Apple to report earnings of $3.22 a share on sales of $77.38 billion. During the same quarter a year ago, the iPhone maker posted earnings of $3.28 a share on revenue of $75.87 billion.
Jack Kent, research director with IHS Technology in London, will be watching to see if the average selling price of the iPhone increases. Reports suggest the iPhone 7 Plus is seeing better sales than the iPhone 7.
