Will the Federal Reserve reference President Trump's policies in its statement?
The Federal Reserve is unlikely to reference President Donald Trump in its statement on Wednesday, according to Craig Erlam, senior market analyst at Oanda, based in London.
But the central bank may reference upside risks, according to Erlam. That would include many of Trump's proposed policies, including tax reform and infrastructure spending. Erlam also discussed whether or not we'll hear any commentary on how the Fed may unwind the $4.45 trillion in assets it has accumulated since the financial crisis.
