Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts will administer the oath of office at 12 p.m. Eastern and it will be followed by Trump's speech. According to Craig Erlam, senior market analyst at Oanda, based in London, if Trump announces plans for a fiscal stimulus, stocks are likely to move higher, refueling the Trump rally. But if he labels China as a currency manipulator, the market are likely to take a turn for the worse, Erlam said. The speech is expected at 12 p.m. EST.
