A big part of the success is due to the social component and focusing on long-term weight loss and maintenance. Fleming explains HealthyWage keeps a piece of the money taken in via the bets, essentially making the market. HealthyWage has been doubling revenue every year for the last five years, and Fleming sees 2015 as the banner year.
