The long-term bullish case for health care stocks remains solid, but investors may want to stay on the sidelines until the fate of Obamacare is settled, says Nadia Lovell, U.S. equity strategist at JPMorgan Private Bank. Lovell believes 2017 earnings growth in big pharma will be in line with the broader market and is giving the sector a neutral rating. She is more bullish on the telecom sector, saying that it offers yield at reasonable price and will benefit from regulatory reforms.
