Supreme court justices are being given a chance to cause a further headache for the Obama administration. An opposition appeal has been launched against the affordable health care act. Critics are pushing for a ruling that would declare healthcare subsidies for low and middle income people illegal. The subsidies currently help millions of people afford cheaper healthcare premiums under the Affordable Care Act. The case was previously thrown out by a unanimous ruling from the federal appeals court in Virginia which decided to allow health insurance tax credits in all 50 states. The judges will make a decision on the appeal case by next week.
