President-elect Donald Trump's pick for Health and Human Services Secretary will be questioned about plans to overhaul the Affordable Care Act today. Tom Price will likely also face questions about his stock ownership in biomedical, pharmaceutical and health insurance companies.

The dismantling of American Apparel has begun. The retailer is laying off 2,400 employees. The once-popular stores got into financial trouble and had problems competing with online sales. There are reports that American Apparel will close all of its remaining 110 stores, but nothing has been confirmed by the company.
