Federal Reserve members have been pretty chatty lately, making waves with public commentary and upping the odds for a hike in interest rates in June. The Fed members' tone has taken a sharp turn since Chair Janet Yellen all but said rate increases were on hold in her testimony before Congress in February. Fed presidents Dennis Lockhart and John Williams are talking about up to three rate hikes this year. William Dudley, a vocal voting member, has remarked that a lot of the preconditions for rate hike have been met. And Federal Reserve President Eric Rosengren has echoed those thoughts in a recent Financial Times article. Friday Fed Chair, Janet Yellen speaks at Harvard. If she says something indicating two to three rate hikes the markets should brace for another down week. Jeanne Yurman reports.
