Shares of Hasbro Inc (HAS) surged after the company's first quarter earnings topped Wall Street expectations, making it TheStreet's Move of the Day. Hasbro, the seller of brands such as Monopoly and Play-Doh reported profits and revenue above analysts' expectations. The toy maker said despite foreign exchange impacts, Transformers toys and its preschool division drove growth in the first three months of 2015. Shares ended the regular session higher on about seven times its average trading volume. The stock ended the day as the top gainer on the S&P 500.
