H&R Block CEO Talks Tax Reform, Refunds and Trump's Plans

President-elect Donald Trump is correct about the need for tax reform, says Bill Cobb, CEO of H&R Block (HRB) - Get Report , but don't expect a bigger refund this year because of it. It's going to take a little time to pull off.
