Two military veteran brothers in Kentucky are fighting a battle to grow industrial hemp in the soil they served their country to defend. But they're up against an enemy they're not trained to fight: the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). They do have momentum behind them, because even in conservative Rockcastle County, where the predominantly Southern Baptist electorate does not permit alcohol to be bought or sold, locals and the politicians representing them want to revive the economy by bringing grass to the Bluegrass State. The hemp provision of the Farm Bill passed by Congress allows for this opportunity.
