A new deal could be on the table that allows Greek leaders access to bailout funds. Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis announced that an agreement will be reached in a matter of weeks. Creditors however, remain vocal in their complaints that Greece is still not in compliance with the terms of its emergency loans. Greece's economy has been plunged into a double dip recession following its four months of gridlocked talks with European lenders. The anti austerity Greek government has still not agreed on proposed budget targets or market regulations. Varoufakis remains adamant that Greece will not default on its loan payments and will remain in the Euro.
