Google's New Campus Looks Like the Future
The new campus Google is going to build is jaw-dropping.
Mountain View city officials gave Google (GOOGL) - Get Report the go-ahead to break ground on its new futuristic campus. Construction on Google's dome-shaped "Charleston East" campus could begin as soon as April. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2019 and will hold up to 2,700 employees.
The renderings were scaled back from their original 2015 design, possibly to cut costs. In April, Apple will start moving employees into its new 'Spaceship' headquarters nearby in Cupertino.
