U.S. stocks started the trading week slightly weaker after Friday's record close at Tuesday's Opening Bell. Conflicts overseas including a failed cease-fire between Ukraine and Russia, along with a breakdown in Greek debt talks are weighing on investors minds after Monday's President's Day holiday. Greece and euro zone finance ministers were unable to come to an agreement on Monday after Greek officials refused to accept a six-month extension to its current bailout package. International leaders said Greece has until Friday to request an extension. Goodyear Tire and Rubber (GT) is sharply higher in early trading after reporting a huge gain in its fourth-quarter profit. General Motors (GM) is recalling more than 81,000 cars, this time because of a possible issue with electric power steering systems. So far, the automaker has recalled more than 1 million vehicles.
