They say big things come in small packages. That's especially true when it comes to travel.
If you want to avoid cliche destinations like Paris, the Greek Islands and Venice, you might want to think small. Tiny countries like Andora, The Vatican and Monaco may deserve a place on your itinerary.
Some small nations are gorgeous islands and others are historic kingdoms, but each will give you a truly unique experience.
So if you are using Google Earth (GOOG) - Get Report , get ready to zoom in all the way to find some nations that have fewer square miles to their name than Rhode Island.
