Bloomberg reports this values the startup at $10 billion or more. Snapchat turned down a $3 billion offer from Facebook (FB) to buy it, last year. General Motors (GM) is starting the new year with a fresh round of recalls. The Detroit News says GM is recalling more than 92,000 full-size trucks and SUVs for defective ignition systems. Last year, the automaker recalled 2.6 million small cars and was linked to at least 42 deaths. It may cost less to hit the road this year. AAA says motorists could save $75 billion on gasoline in 2015. Falling oil prices helped American drivers save $14 billion in 2014.
