GM CEO Mary Barra apologized to its customers for failing to fix a safety defect with its cars. Barra, who took the helm of GM in January says she has done everything possible since she discovered the issues after taking over as CEO. Barra says she has asked former U.S. Attorney Anton Valukas to conduct an investigation of the actions of General Motors.
