General Motor’s GM shook things up at CES 2021.

Here are 5 Takeaways from the Detroit Automaker's virtual keynote on Tuesday:

1. eVTOL 
The futuristic flying car drone concept, eVTOL or electric Vertical Take Off and Landing is the carmakers first step toward aero-mobility.

2. Cadillac Halo Portfolio
The design concept provides a social space in our future transportation.

3. 30 new electric vehicles globally by 2025
Cadillac LYRIQ recognizes its driver, (24:00) GMC’s Hummer EV is the first EV Super Truck and for ultimate luxury there is the Cadillac Celestiq EV.

4. Bright Drop
A new business unit of battery-powered delivery vehicles and services reimagines commercial delivery and logistics for an all-electric future of smart connected products and software-enabled services. FedEx  (FDX) - Get Report will be its first customer.

5. Bright Drop’s EP1
A self-propelled transport unit that handles 200 pounds of goods and can travel 250 miles. Available for order in 2022.
